No. We work from what's public: views, likes, comments and shares. That's plenty to see what to change.

What happens to my videos?

We screen record them so we can review them properly. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.

How long does it take?

Within 3 working days of paying. We work Monday to Friday, so if you order on a Friday it lands by Wednesday.

What if I want to talk it through?

Get in touch within 14 days of your report and what you paid comes off a strategy session with us.
